Dr. Ron Paul - 2012 Republican Presidential Candidate

On April 15th, 2012, grassroots supporters of Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul will be conducting the “In It to Win It” Money Bomb. Many media outlets have portrayed Ron Paul’s campaign as one that is losing steam. One media outlet even claimed that only “hundreds” of supporters showed up to Ron Paul’s recent rally at Chico State. On the contrary, the Texas congressman’s recent visits to Chico State and UCLA have drawn crowds in excess of 6,000 supporters. His rally at UC Berkeley drew over 8,000 supporters.  Clearly, support and enthusiasm for Ron Paul’s message of liberty and sound economic policy are resonating with many Americans.

Of the remaining Republican presidential candidates, Ron Paul is the only one who genuinely believes in individual liberty and small government. Gary Lambert, a surrogate of the Mitt Romney campaign, recently stressed that electability should be more of a factor in voters’ decision-making than their “beliefs and principle.” Newt Gingrich proclaimed that he wanted the government to build a moon base by 2020. For proponents of individual liberty, fiscal sanity, small government, and a humble foreign policy, the choice is clear. Only Ron Paul can be trusted as President to abide by his principles. Participate in the “In It to Win It” Money Bomb and show the Republican establishment that “beliefs and principle” trump everything else.
